Full details of how to use the system follow below...

WHEN YOU REGISTER OR ARE ENTERING PERSONAL DETAILS PLEASE READ THIS AND ACT ACCORDINGLY.
You MUST complete all fields.
If not a member of a UK Area Club when asked,-enter : 1234
If you do not have a UKA Registration (and you will not if you
are not British) when asked,- enter: 1234567

IMPORTANT All online entrants MUST also submit a paper copy of the entry form (completed). This will until further notice be used by MMTG as an additional
checking procedure. These paper copies of entry forms are to be found via the
'Events & Entry Forms' tag on the index page of the website.

MMTG ONLINE ENTRY SYSTEM

Step 1 - Registration

Before you can enter an event you have to first register on the system. To do this:

Click on "Create Account" button.

Enter required information. NB. All fields are mandatory.

Click "Register" button.

The system will send a confirmation email to the address entered above.

Go to your email inbox and follow instructions to confirm your registration.

Step 2 - Completing Your Personal Details

Click on the "Login/Logout" button.

Click on "Member Details" button.

Enter your details.

Click on "Submit Details"

Step 3 - Competition Entry

Click on "Race Entry" button.

Select event from dropdown list.

Click "Choose Event" button.

Tick the appropriate check box for the event(s) you wish to compete in.
Enter your best mark . Regardless of the actual event entered you will
always have to give a distance/ points score for each event, I suggest 10.00m./1000points

Click "Submit" button.

System then gives you a summary of the event(s) and costs. If correct click "Buy Now" button. This will then take you through a secure Pay Pal payment system, simply follow the instructions.

Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay as the system will accept payment from any valid Debit or Credit card.

On completion make sure you have a copy of the payment invoice and receipt AND
bring with you to the event in case of human error on MMTG's part.

PLEASE NOTE NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER 12.00 NOON OR 1200 HOURS ON CUT OFF OR CLOSING DATE.

YOU WILL BE CONTACTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER THE CUT OFF DATE IF MMTG DEEMS IT SHALL BE NEEDED.

FINALLY, BE AWARE THAT THE STRICT ENTRY POLICIES OF MMTG WILL APPLY TO ALL MEMBER AND NON MEMBER ENTRANTS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO LIVE IN ANY OTHER COUNTRY OUT SIDE THE UK)- THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. SEE

WHETHER ENTERING ONLINE (PLUS PAPER COMPLETED) or BY PAPER AND CHEQUE ONLY (UK)-REGARDLESS OF METHOD YOUR ENTRIES MUST BE IN THE HANDS OF THE SECRETARY OF MMTG BY THE CUT OFF or CLOSING DATE OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED.
